| Pastoral care for the congregation is organised by our Pastoral Secretary, Carole Turner. Individual care is given by a number of pastoral visitors. The Church Magazine, Rostrum, plays a part because each pastoral visitor is responsible for distributing the magazine to a proportion of church members. This guarantees personal contact at least once per month.
In addition, each member is responsible, as part of a network of care, for ensuring that no needs go unnoticed by telling the Pastoral Secretary of any needs.
Flowers which decorate the church on Sunday are distributed to the housebound, sick and distressed. Any case of need should be reported to the Minister, a Steward, to Carole or any carer. |
